尊敬的校長/老師/家長：
您好！
《年度全港中學/小學/幼稚園教育競爭力評比》致力於建立一個基於瞭解香港各中學/小學/幼稚園教育現狀的校風聲譽、教師教學研究數據採集、分析、應用和發佈的平臺，為各校教學發展的持續、追蹤研究提供數據分析依據，通過每年度的教育競爭力評比和全港中學/小學/幼稚園校風聲譽有獎問卷調查報告，學校可看到自己在業內的位置，看到學校的影響力，看到同行其他學校的變化，可以更好地同表現優異的學校互相借鑒和學習，相互提升未來競爭力。
《2023香港最具教育競爭力中學/小學/幼稚園評比活動》已進行到學校教育競爭力教師問卷調查及全港中學/小學/幼稚園校風聲譽有獎問卷調查階段，爲了此次評比能夠堅持公正、公開、公平、全面的原則，我們特設了間接量化學校教育競爭力的教師問卷調查和校風聲譽問卷調查，意在彌補學校教育競爭力中難以用學校投入或統計數據直接量化的缺憾，也為貴校更全面、多角度地瞭解自身的客觀情況起到積極作用。同時我們也希望借此令所有學校更深層地瞭解真實的教師滿意度和校風聲譽度，並為其在制定未來教學發展時提供重要的參考，也為家長選校時提供重要的依據。此評選活動得到了眾多學校和家長們的支持和參與，評選活動現已展開第一和第二階段工作（見下圖）。

2023 evaluation campaign of the education competitiveness for
HK secondary schools/primary schools/kindergartens
Dear Principals/Teachers/Parents,
Thanks for concerning the campaign!
“The annual evaluation of the education competitiveness for HK secondary schools/primary schools/kindergartens” is working to create the platform for understanding the HK secondary schools/primary schools/kindergartens’ school ethos and reputation, and for the collecting, analyzing, applying and publishing of teachers’ teaching research data. It also provides basis of data analysis for the continuing and follow-up studies of all schools’ teaching development. Through the annual evaluation and survey of HK secondary schools/primary schools/ kindergartens’ school ethos and reputation, the school could find its position, find school’s influence, and find what happens with the peer schools. Then it will draw lessons and learn from the excellent schools and promote the mutual competitiveness in the future.
“2023 evaluation campaign of the education competitiveness for HK secondary schools/primary schools/ kindergartens” is now on the stage of teacher questionnaire prize surveys of HK schools education competitiveness and surveys of HK secondary schools/primary schools/kindergartens’ school ethos and reputation. In order to stick to the principle of fairness, openness and comprehension in the evaluation, we specially organize the teacher questionnaire of HK schools education competitiveness and surveys of HK secondary schools/primary schools/kindergartens’ school ethos and reputation that are indirect quantitative, which can make up for the problem that it is difficult to directly quantify school’s input or statistical data in school education competitiveness, and can also play a positive role for the school in understanding its own objective conditions in a comprehensive and multi-angles way. Meanwhile, we also hope that all the schools have a deep understanding of the real teachers’ satisfaction and school ethos and reputation through the surveys. In addition, we hope the surveys provide important reference for the school to set the teaching plan in the future and for parents to choose school. The evaluation campaign has received many supports and active involvement from schools and parents. Now it is carrying the work at the first and second stage. (See below chart)
