　　 中國是茶的發源地，茶的故鄉，有著種茶、制茶、飲茶的悠久歷史和文化。在茶事發展、演變和推廣過程中，先人們憑藉其勤勞和智慧，不斷創造種茶、制茶、煮茶等茶事技術，不斷圍繞茶開展一些有趣的「品茶問水」等交流活動，並不斷總結相關茶事的經驗以形成茶著。 在茶著的理論引導下，人們在茶事活動中不斷賦予和昇華品欽香茗的文化內涵，逐漸把飲茶與人的精神世界融合起來，從而提煉和形成了中國茶道思想，為中國茶文化的健康發展奠定了基礎。
