外貿函電實操

　　《外貿函電實操》共分五個單元，主要內容如下：第一單元為尋找客戶.包括建交、詢盤和報盤：第二單元為簽訂合同，涉及建交、詢盤和報盤、還盤和接受、簽訂銷售合同；第三單元為出口產品，涵蓋詢盤和報盤、接受、付款、裝運、寄裝船單據；第四單元為處理爭端，涉及包裝、裝運、保險、索賠和仲裁；第五單元為指定代理，包括交易回顧、代理、總代理協議。書後附錄彙集了常用外貿詞彙、世界主要港口、常見合同協議、相關單證等。
　　每一單元開頭均設置了情境案例，單元內容圍繞此案例展開，目的是把英語函電教學融入具體的外貿業務之中，藉以培養學生的實務操作能力。單元後有註釋、重點詞彙和短語、句型和練習。
　　《外貿函電實操》可作為高職高專國際經濟與貿易、國際商務、商務英語等專業的教材，也可供社會相關人士自學及外貿從業人員參閱。
