2002中國農業發展報告（英文版）

　　《2002中國農業發展報告（英）》報告立足於新階段農業和農村經濟發展的特點和中國加入世界貿易組織的新形勢，以農業和農村經濟結構的戰略性調整為重點，對2001年我國農業發展的基本狀況、農業和農村經濟政策的執行情況、農業發展與國民經濟的關係進行了全面回顧，並對2002年農業和農村經濟發展的趨勢進行了預測。
　　報告指出，2001年，各地和各部門按照黨中央、國務院的部署，以增加農民收入為中心任務，以推進農業和農村經濟結構戰略性調整為主線，農業保持平穩發展，農業和農村經濟結構戰略性調整取得明顯成效，農民收入實現恢復性增長，農業和農村經濟發展取得了新的成績。
　　報告預計，2002年我國農業和農村經濟將繼續平穩發展。糧食生產將出現恢復性增長；棉花面積和產量均低於上年，油料、糖料、蔬菜產量有所增加；畜牧業、漁業生產穩步增長。農業生產結構調整進一步加快，優質專用農產品生產比重繼續上升，主要農作物繼續向優勢產區集中。鄉鎮企業繼續呈現平穩發展態勢。農民收入仍將保持低速增長，增長速度可能大體維持在2001年的水平上。國內主要農產品繼續維持供大於求的格局，多數種植業產品價格將呈穩中略降的走勢。
